We’re seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to provide vital support to our Sales team through administrative coordination, reporting, and data management. Reporting to the Director of Business Development (subject to change as we grow), you’ll play a key role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Sales Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between sales reps, management, and other departments, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Report Generation: Create, format, and distribute sales reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Administrative Support: Manage document preparation, scheduling, meeting notes, and deadline tracking. Oversee the mailing and distribution of sales materials, including catalogues and samples.
  • Data Management: Maintain and organize sales records for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to streamline administrative processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments to fulfill reporting requests and support sales initiatives.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with sales reps, management, and internal teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Epicor, SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred).
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting, with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to last-minute requests in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingualism (French) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the home dĂ©cor and giftware industry is an asset but not required.
Assessment
